My name is John Kirkman and I'm an engineer for News International Newspapers, Merseyside.

I would just like to outline on how the EP542A Ultrasonic leak detection unit has been used and how it's helped as part of an in-house project within News International Ltd.

The aim was to identify air leaks and reduce air consumption on one unit of a printing press by half.

We are pleased to say this has now been achieved in a short period of time and the ultrasonic detection device was used to identify even the smallest of leaks and help locate them with incredible precision. What would have been an incredibly difficult "needle in a haystack" task was made much easier with this detector and many thanks to Logis-Tech associates for there sales and after care assistance. I'm sure the EP542A ultrasonic detector will prove a useful hand-tool for News International Ltd for many years to come.
